Review of Avalon Chair

We bought the Avalon chair & table set and two additional chairs. They are beautiful and very strong--adults sit on them with no problem. They are a little big for the smallest children (age 2 and under), but sit even 8 and 9 year olds comfortably. My children use this table for crafts; for dinner parties; etc. The only problem is that the table surface can be easily marked--we have a green marker line across the top and a crayon line up one leg. I'd think that the table could have a more wipe-clean surface. Food stains wipe up easily--but I think that some crayons and markers (and not just permanent ones) can stain the surface.

Review of Kyjen Pet Saver Life Jacket Large

I bought this for my dog (a 65 lbs. lab) for a vacation in which we swam around in and canoed a class 2-3 river and spent the day on a pontoon boat on a lake. The life jacket fit well and was very streamlined to the dogs body. It was very secure with both velco and buckle closures. While on the canoe trip during breaks the dog ran around in the woods and the jacket didn't get any damage. While on the lake we could lift the dog into and out of the boat using the handle. It kept her afloat and she seemed comfortable with it supporting all her weight. The handle also helped to grab her before she got swept down a rapid while swimming in a river.I would strongly recommend this life jacket for anyone with a dog around water - it's inexpensive, sturdy and effective, yet pretty small.

Review of Nite Ize NND-03-19L Nite Dawg Light Up Dog Collar, Red Led Orange Webbing, Large

I got both a red and orange version size large. They work very well. The adjustments were easy and the instructions clear. Once set up were a snap to use. I use these as a secondary collar at night. They come packaged with tight bends in them that prevent the light from traveling the length of the collar. This is easily fixed when the adjustments are being made by warming the plastic light bar with a hair dryer until straight. The light bar is easier to remove from the collar if you (1)Slip the battery cover out as instructed until you can get your fingers on the plastic light bar. (2) Hold the light bar and pull the nylon collar by its far end sliding it off the bar. It sticks if you try to push it off. Pulling the battery pack could damage the unit. When you reinsert the light bar it is easier to thread it through the sliding adjustment clasp by pulling about 4 inches or more up through the clasp and then bending it back through the other side. Then proceed with adjusting the size to the length you needed. I adjusted the first collar the hard way. The second one went much easier. Have I mentioned how visible these things are? My dogs glow in the dark woods at night. They can be spotted a long way off. A wonderful accessory for night time walks.

Review of Rachael Ray 6-qt. Saute Pan Multiple Colors Available

I was so excited to open this up when it arrived (Very quickly BTW). But as I started to read the instructions, I discovered that this porcelain cookware is not recommended for ceramic or glass top stove tops. So unfortunately this will be going back. I wish they had put that in the description. But this pot is very BIG, and would have made my life so much easier with feeding my family of 6!

Review of Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel Skillets

I love this little frypan.It is nonstick, heavy, and the silicon handle does not heat up.Eggs cook well in it, and cleanup is easy.You will need to use tools that are made for cleaning a teflon coating. I love look of the color orange on my stainless stove. I'm going to get the next bigger size, too.

Review of Rachael Ray 2-Quart "Ball Style: Teakettles

WARNING- This kettle may cause injury!!!
I have all of Rachel Rays products and am a HUGE fan!! So I bought this super cute Teakettle.
The first time using I sustained 2nd degree burns. The spout does NOT pour correctly!!! Instead of going into my cup it went all over my hand, from my wrist to my fingertips!!!
After getting home from the doctor I put cold water in it thinking maybe it was user error, I even had my husband and friend try pouring with it and it is VERY difficult to pour due to the spout design!!!
Save yourself the pain and money, go with a different teakettle (unless its just for decoration).
